We understand that sometimes a timepiece may not meet your expectations, and we strive to make the return and refund process as simple, transparent, and fair as possible. This policy outlines return eligibility, procedures, shipping responsibilities, and important conditions.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible watches purchased directly from ZELLLORA, provided they meet our strict condition requirements.
Customer Requirements for Return:
Submit a return request within 60 days of delivery.
The watch must be unworn, unscratched, and in brand-new, original condition.
Metal bands must not have been resized or altered in any way.
All original packaging, including the watch box, manuals, warranty cards, and tags, must be included and undamaged.
Protective plastic films on the dial, case back, and strap must remain intact.
Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
ZELLLORA Verification:
Return requests are reviewed and approved by our support team. Returned items undergo a strict inspection process upon arrival. If the watch shows any signs of wear, scratches, or missing components, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity of our inventory, the following items cannot be returned:
Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable
Customized or engraved watches
Gift cards
Return Window
Customers have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email support@zelllora.shop within 60 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the watch (front, back, and packaging) to prove its condition.
Step 2: Approval & Instructions
Once approved, our team will provide detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Pack the watch securely in its original box and an outer shipping box. Ship it using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Step 4: Inspection
Returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days after receipt at our facility.
Return Shipping Costs & Responsibilities
When ZELLLORA Covers Shipping:
For returns due to our error (wrong watch sent, damaged on arrival, or manufacturing defect), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
When the Customer Covers Shipping (Customer Remorse):
If returning due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, didn't like the style or dial size), the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier, as ZELLLORA is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Restocking Fee
ZELLLORA does not charge any restocking fee. All eligible returns are processed without deduction, ensuring you receive the full refund amount (excluding any original shipping fees you may have paid).
Refund Processing
After inspection and approval:
Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
Refunds are strictly issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7–14 days for the funds to appear in your statement.
An email confirmation will be sent once your refund is successfully issued.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different watch or color, simply return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong watch:
Contact support@zelllora.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, photos of the watch, and a brief description of the issue.
A prepaid return label will be issued, and you may choose a replacement or full refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Shipped orders cannot be canceled but may be returned under this policy once delivered.
Return Address
The exact return shipping address will be provided along with your Return Authorization. Do not send items back to the general business address without prior approval, as this may result in lost items and a denial of your refund.
