Where does Zelllora ship?
Zelllora currently ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international locations.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 4 to 5 business days after shipment.

When will my order be processed?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
How do I track my order?

Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship through USPS and UPS. The carrier is selected at the time of shipment.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please review your address carefully before placing your order. Zelllora is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
